My name is Colin Burgess and I am a psychoanalyst and hypnotherapist with well over 20 years experience in the study of stress, anxiety and panic attacks. For your ease of use, I have tried to keep the information on this website direct, to the point and as short as possible. I have also taken the decision not to discuss previous case histories or go to any great lengths describing the symptoms or chemical reactions taking place in your body when suffering from anxiety or panic attacks. This is certainly not due to a lack of will on my part, rather I simply felt it was much more important to concentrate on how you can get better in the shortest time possible and to only touch upon the symptoms where it was deemed absolutely necessary. Rest assured that there is ample information under each heading in order to sufficiently describe common symptoms and to give you an important insight as to what is going on in your mind and body.
